Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the product page but may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping conditions. Please refer to the estimated shipping details on each products page before checkout.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR UK CUSTOMERS

We will primarily use royal mail for courier services. 

All delivery methods will be tracked. 

We operate on Monday - Friday. We do not make any shipments on the weekend, any orders placed during this time will be packed on the next two working days.

 

Please Note – Pre-Orders

As a small business, some of our products are available on a pre-order basis and not on hand immediately. These items can take 2–3 weeks to dispatch.

Please ensure you check the product description before placing your order, as the expected dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated there.

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once all items are available. We are unable to send items separately unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order containing an pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the dispatch timeframe stated in the relevant product description.
